JJC Tours may collect your name, WhatsApp number, phone number, email, country, hotel or pickup location, service interest, preferred date, preferred time, group size, number of adults, number of children, language preference, messages, celebration details, add-ons, referral sources, and UTM parameters when you submit an inquiry or booking request.
How We Use Information
Inquiry data is stored securely and used to respond to requests, prepare quotes, coordinate Punta Cana tours, manage hotel pickup, support customer service, organize bookings, request agreed payments, issue receipts, process refunds, prevent fraud, and manage payment questions or disputes.
Payment Information
When you use a secure payment link, PayPal receives and processes the payment information needed to complete the transaction. JJC Tours stores booking references, payment purpose, amount, currency, payment status, PayPal transaction identifiers, refund information, and related audit records. JJC Tours does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.
