Booking Requests
Submitting an inquiry, booking request, contact form, or WhatsApp message does not confirm a booking. Bookings are confirmed only by written WhatsApp or email confirmation from JJC Tours after availability, price, pickup details, and tour details are reviewed.
Payment
Online payment is not required at this time. Payment details, deposits, balances, and accepted methods are confirmed directly with JJC Tours during team follow-up.
Hotel Pickup and Timing
Pickup times may vary depending on hotel location, traffic, operating schedule, weather, and tour logistics. Guests should be ready in the confirmed lobby or pickup area at the assigned time.
Safety
Guests must follow guide instructions, safety briefings, equipment rules, and local operating requirements for each excursion.
Weather and Changes
Outdoor, adventure, beach, island, and marine tours may be affected by weather, sea conditions, supplier availability, or safety considerations. Some Punta Cana excursions may be adjusted or rescheduled when conditions require it.
