Booking and participation terms for JJC Tours excursions in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
Bookings and Inquiries
Tour pages display published per-person prices in USD. A direct website booking is confirmed after PayPal verifies full payment. Contact forms, custom group requests, and WhatsApp messages remain inquiries until JJC Tours confirms their availability and details in writing.
Dates enabled in the booking calendar are scheduled operating dates. Exact pickup timing and operator-specific program details are coordinated after payment. If an operator closure or unavailable scheduled departure prevents JJC Tours from providing the purchased service on the selected date, JJC Tours will offer an equivalent reschedule or a refund to the original payment method.
Payment Requests
For direct bookings, the checkout total is calculated from the published per-person price and selected guest count. JJC Tours may also send a secure payment request for a deposit, remaining balance, full payment, or another agreed amount. The amount, currency, purpose, and expiration are shown on the secure payment page.
PayPal Processing
Online payments are processed by PayPal using PayPal-hosted payment components. JJC Tours does not directly collect or store complete card numbers or card security codes. PayPal may determine which eligible payment options are displayed and may handle currency conversion under PayPal's own terms. A payment is treated as received only after it is verified through PayPal and recorded by JJC Tours.
Deposits and Balances
A completed deposit does not mean the full booking price has been paid. Any remaining balance continues to be due under the confirmed booking details. Exact pickup time and meeting-point details may be provided separately after payment.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Reversals
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation and refund terms that apply to the confirmed service and are communicated with the booking. This page does not create a separate refund promise. A PayPal dispute, reversal, denied payment, failed payment, or pending review may change the booking's payment status and may require JJC Tours to review the booking before service is confirmed.
Hotel Pickup and Timing
Pickup times may vary depending on hotel location, traffic, operating schedule, weather, and tour logistics. Guests should be ready in the confirmed lobby or pickup area at the assigned time.
Safety
Guests must follow guide instructions, safety briefings, equipment rules, and local operating requirements for each excursion.
Weather and Changes
Outdoor, adventure, beach, island, and marine tours may be affected by weather, sea conditions, supplier availability, or safety considerations. Some Punta Cana excursions may be adjusted or rescheduled when conditions require it.
Guest Responsibility
Guests should bring the recommended items listed on each tour page and provide accurate age, health, mobility, certification, language, and group details when they may affect participation. Operator eligibility and safety requirements still apply after payment and before participation.
